Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement IT Security Policies: Create and maintain comprehensive IT security policies, guidelines, and standards to protect our company's information assets from various threats.
  2. Conduct Regular Security Assessments: Participate in regular security assessments and compliance review activities to identify vulnerabilities and ensure our company's IT systems and processes are compliant with industry best practices.
  3. Perform Vulnerability Scanning and Penetration Testing: Conduct vulnerability scanning and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our company's IT systems and provide recommendations for remediation.
  4. Ensure IT Compliance: Ensure that our company's internal IT departments and key business units are compliant with our IT security policies and standards.
  5. Provide Technology Risk Management Support: Provide technology risk management support, security incident response, and security threat intelligence analysis to ensure our company's information assets are protected.
  6. Maintain Governance for Information Security Risks: Maintain a regular governance framework for managing information security risks and ensure that our company's IT security policies and standards are aligned with industry best practices.
  7. Support IT Security Policy Updates: Support the ongoing maintenance and update of our company's IT security policies and standards to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  8. Technical Background: Preferably with a technical background in networking, coding, or security control and practice in the financial industry.
  9. Direct Report: Direct report to the Managing Director.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  2. Experience: At least 8 years' relevant experience in Information Security, Risk Management area.
  3. Key Security Technologies: Solid experience and knowledge of key security technologies.
  4. Certifications: Certification holders of CISSP / CISA is preferred.
  5. Information Security Certifications: Information Security Certification holders of SANS GCIH/ SANS GPEN/ SANS GWAPT/ OSCP/ OSCE is preferred.
  6. Personal Qualities: Mature, adaptive with good analytical skills.
  7. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Language Skills: Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Chinese, and English.
  9. Business Travel: Business travel is required.
