We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sommelier or Assistant Sommelier to join our team at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for recommending wine pairings to enhance guest satisfaction, taking orders and serving wines and other beverages, and assisting in arranging wine dinner events.

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong educational background in Food & Beverage, Wine Study, Hospitality Management or related disciplines, with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in fine dining restaurants. You should also possess sound knowledge of different wines and spirits, as well as good organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is essential.
