Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Logistics Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • This role requires utilizing data to forecast demand and implement optimization strategies for inventory management.
  • The successful candidate will drive ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Periodic stock takes, including report adjustments, reconciliation, and inventory variance analysis, are also part of this role.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree holder with 2 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Business / Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Distribution is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of inventory control best practices is essential.
  • Proficiencies in office productivity tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are required.
  • Solid experience with ERP systems like SAP (or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese) is necessary.

About the Role

We have multiple work locations in Hong Kong, and this position will be based in our Quarry Bay office.
