The VP of Engineering will be instrumental in driving the technical vision and implementation of our platform. Reporting to the Senior VP, this role demands a strong technical background in React JS, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2C Exchange Management:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of consumer-facing services, including digital wallet services, account management systems, user experience enhancements, and crypto-trading platforms.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure seamless user experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Manage functionalities related to time deposit services.
  • Oversee the development of B2B offerings, including white-label solutions, regulated white label services, bespoke joint-ventures, auto traders, and payment gateways.
  • Drive the expansion of eCommerce payment platform, card services, and API integrations.
  • Lead the development of white label SaaS platform to facilitate business partnerships and enterprise solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to B2B services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on hands-on technical leadership.
  • Proven expertise in React JS and a strong understanding of modern web technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in the cryptocurrency/financial technology sector, with a solid understanding of exchange operations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Capable of collaborating across various teams and departments.
  • Flexible with occasional business travel.
