Job Summary:

We are seeking a Crypto Exchange Risk Specialist to join our client's newly established Crypto Exchange firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the exchange's end-to-end risk control architecture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • System Development: Collaborate with IT teams to build and maintain real-time monitoring systems to track blockchain transactions, addresses, and smart contract vulnerabilities.
  • Policy Development: Create risk management policies and procedures in compliance with Hong Kong and international regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk control is required, with at least 2 years of management experience in the virtual assets sector. Strong technical acumen, proficiency in blockchain data analysis, and fluency in both English and Chinese are essential.

Professional certifications such as FRM, CISA, or CAMS are preferred. This is a full-time position with a director-level role.
