Life Insurance Case Management Professional

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Universal Life Insurance Policy Administrator to join our team at Job-Hunter. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operation support on the application of universal life and high-net-worth products.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the application process for universal life and high-net-worth products.
- Contribute to client onboarding processing to ensure due diligence requirements can be met.
- Collaborate with relationship managers of banks and internal parties to facilitate application procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for high-net-worth cases.
- Perform business administrative duties such as document verification and database maintenance.
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A degree or higher diploma.
- Holder of IIQE license in Paper 1, 3, preferably with Paper 5.
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial or insurance brokerage firm.
- Good knowledge of universal life insurance or other high-net-worth products.
- Experience in application processing, client onboarding, KYC, and bankers' liaison.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, detail-minded with good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Chinese WP.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
