The Job Description

  • This role involves overseeing the work schedule of a China-based quality control team.
  • You will manage toy and premium product design and production to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Factory audits, lab testing, inspection scheduling, and problem-solving are key responsibilities.
  • Occasional trips to production factories in China may be required.
  • Reporting directly to the Quality Director, you will work within a Quality team of three members based in Hong Kong.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality and safety in the toy industry.
  • Strong leadership skills to oversee a China-based QC team.
  • Familiarity with quality and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
