The Enterprise Risk Management Framework is a critical component of our client's operations. As a high-caliber Risk Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining this framework, including its infrastructure and conducting research on specific risk issues.
You will maintain the risk register and develop/managing an analytical framework, as well as provide technical and administrative support for scenario risk modelling exercises. Additionally, you will develop and maintain internal controls for monitoring developments in our company's Group level, and develop and maintain GRC system for ongoing communication of risk management activities and explanation of Risk Management Framework.
Your responsibilities will also include updating Company Risk Management Policy, Risk Management Guideline and Procedures and Terms of Reference as directed, preparing periodic presentations & reports and supporting materials, and promoting a positive risk culture within our company.
We are seeking a University graduate with related discipline in Risk Management, Actuarial, Finance or Law, preferably with postgraduate study on a relevant discipline e.g. MBA, Risk Management or Finance qualification. You should have minimum five years of experience working in risk management, compliance or internal audit at sizable corporation or in the risk area of a global consultancy, with relevant experience in food and beverage, utilities and FMCG industries. Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English is required.
As a Risk Manager at Bond West Consultants, you will have the opportunity to work with different risk stakeholders and develop your skills in risk management and analysis. We offer a mid-senior level position with full-time employment type and accounting/auditing and finance job function.
