Job Description

**Job Title:** Corporate Finance Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Manager to join our team at Konew FinTech Corporation Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial reporting and analysis functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans, including strategic planning, financial modeling, and budgeting.
  • Financial Control: Ensure effective financial control, including internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with experience in a Big 4 firm or listed company preferred.
  • Skills: Strong financial management skills, including financial reporting, analysis, planning, and control. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
