Role Overview:
As a Process Re-engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in driving process transformation in the manufacturing sector. Your primary responsibilities will include leading projects to enhance operational flows, managing production documentation, and providing training and guidance to staff.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Define user requirements, execute UAT, and prepare for rollouts to enhance operational flows.
  • Manage production documentation by writing, updating, and re-engineering manuals and procedures.
  • Organize staff meetings to discuss compliance, operations, and policy updates.
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure effective communication of processes to all staff.
  • Monitor and resolve issues raised by Audit, Compliance, and Quality Assurance teams.
