We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for Traditional Chinese Medicine Research to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to leading the TCM research team and developing new research technologies and formulation techniques for novel TCM health products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Chinese Medicines, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Material Science, Food and Nutritional Science, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant discipline, and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a small team of research staff to execute research projects.
- Participate in the planning and execution of pharmaceutical development programs for the company.
- Develop market-driven innovative technology for the company.
- Acquire an understanding of the scientific knowledge and technical know-how required for advanced pharmaceutical formulation technology.
- Build up strength in the competitive environment of both local and global pharmaceutical industries.
- PhD or Master's in Chinese Medicines, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Material Science, Food and Nutritional Science, Chemical Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- 5 years of experience in leading a group of research staff to execute research projects, with a preference for experience in TCM research, nanotechnology, or formulation technology.
- Good people management and communication skills, with a good cultural fit to the local research environment.
- Background knowledge in the treatment method of traditional Chinese Medicines is a plus.
- Possess a can-do attitude, positive mind-set, team spirit, and strong problem-solving skills.
