About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager TCM Research to join our dynamic team at Vita Green Health Product Company Limited. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new traditional Chinese medicine health products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of researchers in the development of new TCM health products.
  • Participate in the development of new research technologies and formulation techniques for novel TCM health products.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful new product development projects and research projects.
  • Perform formulation characterization, including moisture content, particle size analysis, microscopic observation, content assay, and dissolution experiment.

Requirements:

  • PhD or Master's degree in Chinese Medicines, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Material Science, Food and Nutritional Science, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading a group of research staff to execute research projects, preferably in TCM research, nanotechnology, or formulation technology.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills, with a strong cultural fit to our local research environment.
  • Background knowledge in traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods is a plus.
