  • This role provides complete service support to clients, including solving complex client inquiries.">
  • You will assist Bankers in profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.">
  • You will assist Bankers in deepening existing client relationships through deep-dive analysis.">
  • You will assist Bankers in creating sales and marketing strategies designed to generate revenue growth and acquire new target clients, with a focus on investments.">
  • You will assist Bankers with prospecting, conducting new client/prospect research, generating leads, developing prospects, networking to identify referrals to new clients/prospects, and coordinating client events.">
  • You will provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports and other relevant information to the Banker.">
  • You will ensure appropriate documentation related to KYC/AML from the client and ensure all aspects of client records and documentation are completed and updated.">
  • You will appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.">

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.">
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.">
  • Knowledge of investments is required, banking and credit products desirable.">
  • Ability to manage relationships both internal and external.">
