**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and regulatory bodies.
  • **Accounting and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • **Treasury Management**: Oversee cash flow management, funding, and risk management to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • **Tax and Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records.
  • **Leadership and Team Management**: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives and improve financial performance.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines with professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent.
  • **Experience**: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • **Skills**: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (includes both Cantonese and Mandarin), proficiency in Flex Accounting System is a plus.
  • **Personal Qualities**: Self-motivated with good personal integrity, analytical and leadership skills.
