Job Overview


We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Architect to join their newly regional transaction settlement project, focusing on Java and Spring Boot development.


Responsibilities



  • Design and implement enterprise application architecture aligned with the company's technology roadmap.
  • Lead framework work to complete development tasks on time with high-quality software and documentation deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain architecture principles, standards, and best practices related to enterprise architectures.
  • Provide hands-on full-stack development for feature enhancements and maintenance.
  • Facilitate legacy application transformation to a new API platform and microservice architecture.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and standards, including the development methodology.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically in microservices architecture, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot development, and the ecosystem.
  • Experience in cloud-based architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and other integration patterns.
  • Proficient in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about technology.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud architecture, microservices, or related fields are desirable.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua preferred.
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered for a Junior Architect position.
