Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans that support business growth and development
  • Create and deliver high-quality reports, analyses, and recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Lead the review of business and financial performance on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with various business units during budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Identify and monitor key business drivers, and report their impacts to senior management
  • Initiate and lead process/system enhancement projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and recognized accounting qualifications. A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A, is required. Industry experience in IT/Telecommunication/SaaS is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.
