Job Description

**Job Title:** Sub-Agent (Building)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sub-Agent (Building) to join our team at Gammon. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise site work progress to ensure that projects are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate and carry out site procedures, resource allocation, and material management to ensure efficient site operations.
  • Liaise and coordinate with all parties on site safety and quality to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required to support the smooth operation of the site.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 15 years' relevant experience in Building projects.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
