Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Administration Associate to join our team at CTL Recruitment & Consultation Service Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the creation and deletion of Active Directory accounts, as well as related services such as teams, email, and staff photos on both on-premises and Office 365 platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the identity and access management (based on roles) on Azure, Alibaba, Office 365, CyberArk, and future ERP on Oracle Fusion.
  • Help to automate routine processes by using modern technologies such as PowerShell Script, Python, C#, Power Automate, etc.
  • Support business applications developed by C#, MSSQL, and Azure Web.
  • Manage vendors to conduct project development, support tickets, and root cause analysis.
  • Provide second-tier end user support, answer or resolve internal business user inquiries or incidents.
  • Liaise with internal/external auditors for audits' queries and reviews.
  • Assist to conduct the regular reviews of user account, profile security and file access rights.

Requirements

  • A recognised university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Min. 3 years of IT experience in Active Directory and/or Identity management.
  • Experience or knowledge in some of the technologies: Active Directory, Office 365 administration, CyberArk.
  • Ability to do system automation through scripting and programming, e.g. PowerShell.
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, written and spoken English.
