At UNStudio, we are an international architectural firm that is actively engaged in a wide range of projects. Our portfolio includes various types of projects, from small to large-scale developments, research, and theoretical studies.

We are currently looking for a Lead Architectural Project Manager to join our Hong Kong office. This role will be responsible for providing project management, design, statutory, and technical leadership for local and international projects.

Skill and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience as an architect at a top-tier leading international design firm working on built projects.
  • Registered Architect with HKIA qualification is mandatory.
  • Proficient in project planning, design, and execution, as well as project management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and consultants.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills, with the ability to develop and implement a design concept from preliminary studies through to construction documentation and detailing.
  • Technical problem solver with the ability to work out architectural solutions through innovative thinking.
  • Proficient knowledge of a variety of typologies, including commercial, residential, and cultural programs.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a good team player with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
  • Responsible, accountable, and able to foresee risks and solve conflicts in projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. (Revit is a plus).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.

Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
