Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources & Admin Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR & admin function and overseeing the same function in our Dongguan factory.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Report to the Operation Director.
  • Lead one HR & Admin Officer in performing full HR & admin role of HK office, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, etc.
  • Oversee and monitor HR & admin function of Dongguan factory.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in human resources and office administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in manufacturers with factories in China.
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision required.
  • One trip per week to Dongguan (returning on the same day).
  • Company shuttle bus provided between Dongguan station and Dongguan factory.
  • 5 days workweek.
