We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect Leader to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our enterprise-wide security strategy.

You will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our security architecture and engineering practices. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our security architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls across the organization.
  • Review the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities, incorporating threat intelligence into security strategies.
  • Establish and manage our security technology roadmap, driving the adoption of emerging security technologies and methodologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business to align security initiatives with the overall technology and business strategy.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in security architecture and engineering leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of security principles, protocols, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Industry certifications such as SABSA, CISSP or similar are highly desirable.
