Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laboratory Assistant at TÜV SÜD. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of samples and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Timely register and track received samples to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

Collaborate with project teams and laboratories to coordinate sample pick-up and return to the warehouse.

Verify and enter correct information into our database to maintain accurate records.

Maximize warehouse space efficiency and optimize inventory management processes.

Regularly review and dispose of overdue samples to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Perform ad-hoc assignments as required to support the laboratory team.

Requirements

Form 5 or above education level.

Previous experience in warehouse operations and inventory management is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing software.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Working location: Shatin Science Park.
