Regional Client Solutions Senior Manager Role Overview

We are partnering with a fast-expanding Global Financial Institution to recruit an accomplished professional for their regional client solutions team. As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate in developing the business strategy, focusing on Wealth Managers.

To succeed in this role, you should possess extensive knowledge in private market/alternatives products and have solid experience in client acquisition, promoting funds, building client relationships, facilitating transactions, and providing market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Transactions: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients while fostering deep relationships with both clients and prospects, navigating complex negotiations within a multi-stakeholder sales process.
  • Market Insights: Educate clients on Private Markets and Alternative investment products, provide insights on market trends and analysis, and effectively communicate the firm's investment solutions and capabilities to clients and partners.
  • Continuously gather and share insights on the competitive landscape, investor preferences, and market trends with colleagues worldwide.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in a relevant field.
  • Over 16 years of extensive experience in the Asset or Wealth Management industry, with a proven track record in client relationship development and management.
  • Must hold an SFC license as a representative for Type 1 and 4 activities (if based in Hong Kong).
  • Significant experience in marketing private markets and alternative investment funds to the private wealth sector, with a strong understanding of the distribution model is highly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly collaborative, with a strategic approach to business opportunities and client management.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
