About the Team

The Group Enterprise Risk Management team at HKEX is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's operations and reputation.

The team works closely with other departments to ensure that risk management practices are aligned with the organization's overall strategy and goals.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for leading the development of OTCC products, services, and solutions to the market, as well as managing the central counterparty (CCP) risk of HKEX clearing houses.

Key skills and qualifications include a university degree or equivalent in Risk Management/Finance/Economics or a related subject, holder of relevant professional qualification, and knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements.

  • Strong leadership with excellent business acumen who believes in teamwork and possesses positive/to-do attitude with strong people management skills.
  • Well-versed in clearing house rules and risk monitoring systems; experience with global or regional CCP is an advantage.
