At ConnectedGroup, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager. This role will play a vital part in cultivating and nurturing existing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and cultivate long-term relationships with existing merchants.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall merchant experience.
  4. Negotiate contracts and manage business relationships.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in sales/account management.
  3. Experience in payment/financial industries is a plus.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
