This strategy will play a crucial role in supporting the company's business performance, objectives, and driving data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a data-driven approach to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to identify KPIs and data requirements for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain advanced statistical models to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets.
  • Present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders, effectively conveying complex data concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure the integrity of data and adhere to data governance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence, preferably in Banks, Retail, FMCG, Shopping Mall, or Loyalty Programs.
  • Strong proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Solid expertise in data manipulation and analysis using programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Compensation Package: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
