Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with AXA Group\u0027s strategy, company\u0027s values and contributes to local objectives.

Identify opportunities to integrate sustainability considerations into insurance products, business operations, and corporate branding.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability related initiatives and business.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute communication and campaigns for sustainability initiatives.

Develop thought leadership for the company on sustainability and create public awareness.

Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics relevant to the insurance industry and manage Group reporting.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and foster a culture of environmental responsibility within the organization and the wider insurance industry.

Stay informed about industry best practices and regulations related to sustainability and ensure compliance within the insurance sector.

Your Profile

Bachelor\u0027s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or related field.

Passionate about sustainability and has a track record of driving meaningful changes.

Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies within financial services industry.

Strong understanding of environmental regulations, climate risk management, and sustainable insurance products.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills.

A good team player.
