About the Role:

This is a highly challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the operations team within our corporate banking division. As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the strategy for all operational activities, ensuring efficient and compliant processes that support our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance service delivery, leveraging your expertise in treasury settlement, trade finance operations, and loan operations.
  • Oversee daily operations, including transaction processing, account management, and compliance activities, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing risk.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational objectives with the overall corporate banking strategy, driving growth and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a strong control environment and mitigating potential risks.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance customer experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback, developing talent and promoting career growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners, driving collaborative efforts and mutual success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 10-15+ years of experience in Operations, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of treasury settlement, trade finance operations, and loan operations, as well as regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from junior colleagues to senior executives.
  • Proven experience in implementing operational best practices, driving process improvements, and enhancing customer experience.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, depending on qualifications and experience, offering a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career growth and development.
