Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge research and development in the fields of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Speech Recognition.

  • Conduct independent and collaborative research on various NLP and speech recognition topics, including language modeling, text processing, speech recognition, multimodal AI systems, deepfake detection, and explainable AI.
  • Design and implement novel algorithms, models, and techniques to tackle complex problems in the NLP and speech recognition domains.
  • Analyze large-scale datasets, develop and optimize models, and evaluate their performance.
  • Contribute to the development of prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready systems.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior researchers and engineers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Linguistics, or a related field, with expertise in NLP and/or speech recognition. They should be proficient in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, and have experience in developing and optimizing complex software systems.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong publication record in top-tier conferences and journals in the field of NLP and/or speech recognition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
