About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Project Manager to join our Listing Systems team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing critical projects and driving application development in equity markets. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Implementation: Analyze business requirements, estimate resources, conduct testing, ensure smooth cutover and post-launch support, and document project activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders across teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Planning: Participate in planning, timeline management, change management, issue management, and release planning to ensure successful project execution.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary contact point for external vendors, monitor their performance, and escalate issues timely.
  • Solution Development: Analyze application requirements, evaluate options, and drive the application solution.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality and compliance with requirements.
  • Requirements Documentation: Produce requirements documents, functional specifications, end-to-end process flows, and user manuals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Work with business users and IT teams to ensure clear communication and effective solutions.

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience as a system analyst or relevant roles in well-established financial institutions or client-facing web application projects.
  • Experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including functional and regression testing.
  • Strong organizational and project management experience under both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.

What We Offer
HKEX offers a competitive salary range of HKD 900,000 - 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
