Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of new systems for our Compliance division. As a key member of our IT Listing and Corporate Systems team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and team members.
  • Vendor Management: Foster strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deliverables. Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Business Requirements: Collaborate with internal user groups to gather and document business needs. Work with vendors and development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Review test plans and strategies to ensure functional requirements are met. Derive test plans and strategies to confirm system reliability, performance, contingency, security, etc.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and other IT teams. Provide regular updates on project status and deliverables.
  • Technical Acceptance: Evaluate documents and evidence provided by vendors and development teams on system design, testing, security, deployment topology, and conformance to technical standards. Ensure the system is fit for use before deployment in production.
  • Project Financials: Track project costs and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation for internal records. Review documents provided by vendors and development teams for quality and completeness. Work with vendors on training plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization. Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT applications delivery and project management.
  • Technical Skills: Concepts of infrastructure technologies, IT security concepts required. Experience with automation and cloud platforms (e.g., M365) a plus.
  • Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to understand complex technical requirements, identify potential challenges, and devise solutions flexibly.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience. Estimated annual salary: HKD 750,000 - HKD 1,200,000.
