As a Risk Manager at Bond West Consultants, you will be responsible for the following:
* Developing and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including its infrastructure
* Conducting research on specific risk issues and providing recommendations
* Maintaining the risk register and developing/managing an analytical framework
* Providing technical and administrative support for scenario risk modelling exercises
* Developing and maintaining internal controls for monitoring developments in our company's Group level
* Developing and maintaining GRC system for ongoing communication of risk management activities and explanation of Risk Management Framework
* Updating Company Risk Management Policy, Risk Management Guideline and Procedures and Terms of Reference as directed
* Preparing periodic presentations & reports and supporting materials
* Promoting a positive risk culture within our company
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and analysis, with experience working in risk management, compliance or internal audit at sizable corporations or in the risk area of a global consultancy. Relevant experience in food and beverage, utilities and FMCG industries is preferred. Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English is required. A University graduate with related discipline in Risk Management, Actuarial, Finance or Law, preferably with postgraduate study on a relevant discipline e.g. MBA, Risk Management or Finance qualification, is essential.
