Job Description
As an Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue by enabling our clients to connect with industry experts. You will hone your skills in targeting, sourcing, and screening relevant specialists, and then manage your own book of business. This role involves frequent phone calls with clients and industry experts to understand their needs and find the perfect match.
Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and identify the most relevant experts to help them.
- Deliver exceptional client service by being a responsive, thoughtful, and proactive research partner.
- Engage with industry experts through phone calls to determine if they are a good fit for our clients' needs.
- Negotiate and persuade experts to connect with our clients at short notice, while adhering to our compliance framework.
- Monitor and improve the long-term performance of your book of business by understanding clients' research needs and recommending relevant content.
Development
We are committed to helping everyone at Third Bridge grow and develop. Our comprehensive onboarding program includes classroom-based and on-the-job learning, teaching you the fundamentals of our business, client needs, and sales strategies.
You will also learn how to identify industry experts, develop effective communication skills, and navigate multiple projects simultaneously. After 4-6 months, you can progress to our Client Engagement Learning Programme to take on client relationship building and project management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Strong academic credentials and/or extensive experience in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style effectively.
- Able to quickly understand key information and apply it to find the right experts for each project.
- Interest in financial markets and the environment in which our clients operate.
- Familiarity with corporate structures, sector value chains, and key stakeholders.
Benefits
- A competitive base salary of HKD 300,000, increasing to HKD 340,000 after one year of service, plus an uncapped bonus.
- 15 days of annual leave, increasing to 20 days after two years of service.
- A personal development allowance of HKD 8,250 per year.
