As a seasoned HVAC System Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our building services systems at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited. Your expertise will be focused on monitoring the execution of work requisitions in repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, planning preventive maintenance schedules, and managing maintenance contracts and quotations.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a degree holder or above in building services, engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or other related fields, with minimum 3 years' experience in building services engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or other related fields. You should possess good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, as well as good communication and people management skills. Multitasking, detail-minded and responsive individuals are highly preferred.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units and fan coil units.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Supervise maintenance personnel to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to reduce energy costs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement sustainable initiatives.
