Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in managing infrastructure programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability on all projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in project management, with at least 5 years as a main contractor's Project Manager on site.
  • Proven experience in using NEC contracts and Accredited NEC3 ECC Project Manager on the ICE Register for Accredited NEC Professionals.
  • Extensive knowledge of road works, drainage, sewerage, and water supply works, site formation, slope works, earth-retaining structures, public interfacing, utilities coordination, and environmental and site safety issues.
  • Chartered Engineer or other professional qualifications.
  • Demonstrable experience and significant knowledge of BIM, design and build coordination, and good computer skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with good written and spoken communication skills.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Project Manager or Senior Engineer roles.
