Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth failure analysis on IC/Semiconductor components, including investigation of component principles, machine operation, process control, and fab know-how.
  • Review electronics designs to ensure the use of cost-effective components.
  • Manage the corporate electronic components library, including new component recognition, existing component lifetime management, and component recommendation prioritization.
  • Support supplier audits and conduct electronics component surveys to stay up-to-date on component development trends.
  • Evaluate new suppliers and components to ensure they meet our quality and reliability standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, IC, or Semiconductor-related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in FA (Failure Analysis) in the Semiconductor field.
  • Familiarity with automotive electronics is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese languages.
  • Strong team spirit and willingness to learn.
  • Primary working location: Guangdong (Shenzhen/Jiangmen), PRC, with occasional travel to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the US.
