Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring all designs align with Ralph Lauren's design principles and are built on our Design System. You will create best-in-class consumer experiences and meet the needs of the Ralph Lauren brands on Global, Seasonal, and Local Campaigns, as well as partnership business.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic, Web, or Digital Design. You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in-house marketing or at an agency environment. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. You must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities across various channels and perform well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Candidate Requirements
You should be a strong communicator and relationship builder, a hands-on and independent self-starter, and a creative thinker and problem solver. Knowledge of CSS3, HTML, and responsive design is required. Experience in print and video editing is a plus. English fluency is a must, and fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and other Asian languages is highly valued. A strong portfolio submission is required when applying.
