Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot problems and propose recommendations for resolution, and work closely with developers to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in leading IT projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience in cutting-edge technologies, such as cloud computing, social media, mobile technologies, big data, and IoT.
  • Knowledgeable in agile development methodologies and corresponding collaboration tools.
  • Solid experience in database design and programming, as well as proficiency in J2SE, J2EE, Linux, UNIX, and AIX.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and willing to learn.
  • Self-motivated and adaptive to changes.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English, with Mandarin being an advantage.
