About the Role
Hermès is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring all stocks are stored securely, in good condition and easily accessible by staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate store stock levels and implement storage rules, procedures and best practices.
  • Execute cycle count and stock take, resolving discrepancies and reporting abnormalities.
  • Handle all stock movements and related input in our system.
  • Replenish storage areas on sales floors and check stock reservations daily.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory management or operations in luxury retail.
  • Energetic, passionate and positive working attitude.
  • Pleasant, honest, hard-working, flexible, service-minded and well-organized.
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
