Job Summary:

JC Executive Search is looking for a highly skilled Senior Procurement Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing sourcing execution activities, including internal requirement analysis, supply market analysis, sourcing strategy development, competitive bidding process, negotiation and contract review.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing/procurement, with experience working in sizable organizations/MNCs. Proficiency in using Ariba and fluency in spoken English and Cantonese are essential requirements for this role.

This position involves providing expert advice and guidance on procurement best practices to various stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will also be expected to identify and deliver cost savings opportunities, provide insight through the analysis of spend, supply markets and savings, and generate reports to support business decisions.

Key Functions:

  • Manage sourcing execution activities, including internal requirement analysis and sourcing strategy development
  • Supply market analysis and competitive bidding process
  • Negotiation and contract review
  • Cost savings identification and delivery
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on procurement best practices
  • Reporting and analytics

Requirements:

  • University degree holder
  • Solid sourcing/procurement experience in sizable organizations/MNCs
  • Proficiency in using Ariba (preferred)
  • Fluent spoken English and Cantonese
