Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end growth strategies focused on lead generation, MQLs, and optimizing conversion rates.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and lead generation techniques. They will be experienced in SEO strategies and tactics, including keyword research, technical SEO, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement end-to-end growth strategies to drive lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Own and optimize organic and paid digital marketing campaigns to convert traffic into qualified leads.
  • Plan and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Lead the development of new landing pages, including localization in multiple languages, and coordinate with the development team to meet technical requirements.
  • Integrate and automate marketing tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Manage inbound lead qualification and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Leverage data analytics to track performance metrics and make informed marketing decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role, with a focus on growth marketing and SEO.
  • Expertise in SEO strategies and tactics, including keyword research, technical SEO, and performance analysis.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and lead generation techniques.
  • Experience with Hubspot, marketing automations, and other technical tooling.
  • Proven experience in early-stage or high-growth startups managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed marketing decisions.

Salary and Benefits
