Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide strategic recommendations and project management for enterprise resource planning (ERP) system changes, including integration with other systems or processes.
  • To review functionality and manage the implementation of new system and software updates, including configuration, testing, and informing stakeholders.
  • To provide financial control and accounting support for new extension projects, including financial and management reporting, budgeting, processing of contract payments, and financial analysis.
  • To participate in tender financial evaluation and assist in formulating procedures to enhance work processes for continuous improvement.
  • To provide accounting advice to business unit heads and stay close to the business development of business units.
  • To monitor the status of key performance indicators of business units and provide updates to management.
  • To work extensively with business units to ensure sound controls are in place.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical ability with a good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present plans to support business decisions.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Determined and assertive, prepared to get into the detail to understand the complex drivers of the business.
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritize workload, and ability to work to strict reporting deadlines.

The position is a 1-year temporary contract with Hong Kong Cyberport Management.
