Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounting records, and assisting with month-end closing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Accounting Operations: Oversee banking and treasury activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Accuracy of Records: Verify and review vouchers while maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
- Month-End Closing: Assist with obtaining online approvals and preparing supporting documentation for the month-end closing process.
- Daily Financial Operations: Manage payments, expenses, and contract reviews.
Requirements:
- Education: Tertiary education in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a listed company or sizeable audit firm.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Chinese.
