We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor Trainee to join our team at Kin Wing Engineering Company Limited.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Quantity Surveying department, including handling and controlling main contract and subcontract documents, managing sub-letting processes, and cost control measures.
- Assist in cost estimation, measurement, payment processes, and final account preparation.
- Manage, monitor, and update data and documents with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
To be successful as a Quantity Surveyor Trainee, you will need:
- A minimum of Form 5 / HKDSE qualification or above.
- Working experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
As a Quantity Surveyor Trainee at Kin Wing Engineering Company Limited, you can expect:
- 12 days annual leave, medical, and dental insurance.
The role is based in Lai Chi Kok, with easy access to the MTR station.
