PolyMath Search is a recruitment agency specializing in senior-level placements in the financial services sector. We are currently seeking a skilled Wealth Management Senior Executive to partner with a top-tier global financial institution in the Asia-Pacific region.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies focused on wealth management, private markets, and alternative investments. They must have extensive experience in the Asset or Wealth Management industry, with a proven track record in client relationship development and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing business strategies focused on wealth management, private markets, and alternative investments.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects, navigating complex negotiations within a multi-stakeholder sales process.
  • Providing market insights and education on Private Markets and Alternative investment products to clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • Strong academic background in a relevant field.
  • Over 16 years of extensive experience in the Asset or Wealth Management industry, with a proven track record in client relationship development and management.
  • Must hold an SFC license as a representative for Type 1 and 4 activities (if based in Hong Kong).
  • Significant experience in marketing private markets and alternative investment funds to the private wealth sector, with a strong understanding of the distribution model highly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly collaborative, with a strategic approach to business opportunities and client management.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
