We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Markets Specialist to join our team at Standard Chartered. As a key member of our Treasury Markets department, you will be responsible for providing reports and insights to the Head of Liquidity Management HK on balance sheet movements and liquidity profiles.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of cash, bond, and derivative markets, with an emphasis on detail and anticipation. You will also possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to independently analyze daily forecast reports and communicate with local teams to identify key areas of concern.

In this role, you will perform cash flow and ratio forecast calculations, maintain desired ratios as directed by the TM Liquidity Management team, and prudently manage regulatory reserves and LCR. You will also discuss and agree with the Head of Liquidity Management HK to produce daily ITP curves for the Bank's marginal cost of funding in local and major foreign currencies.

Additionally, you will understand and act on the Country Liquidity Contingency Plan, ensure money laundering prevention requirements are communicated to unit staff, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role
