The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking an experienced Theatre Production and Technical Services Leader to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading the technical production and services functions, including technical support, event management, and staff training. If you have a passion for the performing arts and possess strong leadership and technical skills, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role
This position involves leading a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality technical services, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and develop operational plans. You will also be responsible for facilitating quality control, defect management, and staff training. Additionally, you will assist in reviewing submissions and planning the operations of technical/theatre equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical production and services functions
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure event execution
- Develop operational plans and procedures
- Facilitate quality control and defect management

Requirements
- Recognized university degree or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in management positions in performing arts venues, theatre companies, or production companies
- Solid experience in theatre or entertainment building projects, system integration projects, or solution design projects
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills in using technical facilities in performing arts venues and in theatrical production
