About the Job

We are looking for a Risk Mitigation Specialist to oversee and manage our security operations. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies to prevent them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other external partners.
  • Manage staff, vehicles, and contractor access control to maintain a secure environment.
  • Report and analyze security incidents to inform emergency management and improve overall security posture.
  • Plan and coordinate emergency drills and exercises to ensure readiness.
  • Liaise with Airport Authority, Tsing Ma Control Area, MTRC, and relevant Government Departments on traffic and special arrangements.
  • Provide internal training for Operations Duty Team and Security Control Room staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of security management experience, with at least 5 years at managerial level; experience in disciplined forces is an advantage.
  • Ability to develop and justify event/function deployment plans and crowd management plans.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to work with people at all levels with professionalism and respect.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Shift duty is required, and having a valid driving license is an advantage.
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English.
