Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team in Asia Pacific. As the Compliance Officer Lead, you will be responsible for managing and implementing compliance risk management strategies across the region.

About the Job:

  • Definition of an annual risk-based Compliance control plan for APAC: Develop a robust risk-based approach to identify and mitigate compliance risks across the region.
  • Supervise and/or deliver Compliance reviews as required by the annual control plan: Manage end-to-end thematic/cyclical/desk review activities, ensuring appropriate scoping, testing, issue clearance, reporting, and timely tracking of CTL issues/action plans/recommendations.
  • Governance and reporting management: Contribute to SG Internal control committees (Global or regional) to debrief key issues identified from APAC CTL reviews, manage regular reporting process, and attend meetings related to internal control framework.
