Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of digital experience projects to drive improvements on various digital touchpoints, including our website, mobile app, and WeChat Mini App.
  • Collaborate with different business units to review and enhance the digital journey, using data-driven approaches to improve customer experiences.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations across all digital channels, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Support the creation and update of website content pages, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Contribute to UAT and test case creation, ensuring high-quality digital products.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and documentation as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with a strong understanding of digital product development methodologies, user-centered design principles, and agile project management.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in digital project management, with a focus on website, app, and WeChat Mini App development.
  • Knowledge of Google and Adobe analytics tools, with a passion for driving product/performance improvement and enhancing customer experience.
  • Strong business insight, highly organized, and attention to detail, with a creative and innovative approach.
  • Experience in Sitecore XMCloud CMS is an advantage.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Specialist, Digital Product role.

  • Excellent understanding of systems integrations and process alignment across multiple external stakeholders.
